Construction is progressing well on all the remaining 17 Lagoon Villas

Eight villas have now reached roof level, with the last floor slab about to be poured. The essence of beach living is coming to life. Over at the Ocean Estate, the shape of the lots is clearly visible now, and we have 12 Ocean Estate Villas currently under construction. On-site here, you can’t help be captivated by the impressive views these homes will command as they rise to overlook the pure waters of the Caicos Bank.

The Launch
Exciting times for Boathouse owners

We are pleased to confirm terrace and Dock Piling works continue on schedule, along with the foundations for the individual Boathouses. The build is working its way counterclockwise around the Boathouse Peninsula from the Lagoon side to the marina entrance. You can see the beginnings of the door to shore lifestyle here.

Under the beautiful sunshine of Providenciales, we want to harness solar energy and power Villas and select facilities at South Bank sustainably. Our partner, TCI’s official Tesla distributor, Renu TCI, is installing optional renewable energy systems at a number of Villas in The Lagoon and Ocean Estate neighborhoods. 

These high-performance solar and Tesla energy storage systems will enable owners to power their homes with clean energy and include an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging system, delivering solar energy, day, or night. We’re proud to help support the future of energy delivery in TCI.
